Reflection on Nature's Beauty with Words to Wisdom

When I read Mitch Albom's poignant memoir Tuesdays with Morrie in Words to Wisdom Book and Lifestyle Club, I was often moved by the vivid descriptions of Morrie's room, particularly his window and how Morrie found such beauty in the view outside.

Mitch consistently mesmerized us by showcasing the changes in weather, seasons, and the trees outside Morrie's house. Reading these descriptions filled me with joy and pleasure. As Morrie's observations about the changing colors of the leaves and the rain offered insights into the world that resonated deeply with me.

I often wondered how to truly appreciate the changing colors of leaves or the nature in totality. Do I need to spend time observing them, sitting in my balcony or garden, and watching the seasons unfold to bring this colorful insight into my life? With these thoughts in mind, I moved on to the next book for the Words to Wisdom Book and Lifestyle Club while keeping the image of Morrie's window scene close.

Praising the Nature's Beauty
My visit to Rishikesh

I went on holiday, enjoying life as usual, exploring new books, scenarios, experiences and more. You can relate how we often give ourselves moments of leisure, or as some might call it, #metime, when we are at home with no office work or snacks to distract us. On these days, we might plan dates, watch movies, or enjoy meals out to treat ourselves. But Morrie's exploration of the human connection with nature stayed with me in this period even.

One day, during some leisure time spent watering my plants, suddenly, my eyes caught a glimpse of the money plant on the right side of my balcony, and you won't believe how it delighted me. You might wonder what was so captivating about it. It was a new leaf emerging from the stem of the plant. A seemingly ordinary sight for most people but for me by noticing this, I thought as if utter simplicity of the subject life was suddenly revealed to me.

A new leaf coming out silently
A New leaf, A new life

A new leaf, a soft and vibrant green with hints of yellow, emerged silently and patiently, shining brightly and enhancing the beauty of the older leaves. Witnessing this natural process felt magical, much like the scenes Mitch described through Morrie' s window like changing the colour of the leaves or new leaves emerging.

It made me appreciate the silent work of nature and the way it unfolds without fanfare. We often overlook these everyday moments. There is so much we can learn, but perhaps our minds are clouded by too many thoughts, and our vision is blurred by the highlights of other people's lives. You may not agree with me, but I ask you to reflect on this and try to set aside your beliefs. I encourage you to understand the mental churning I am sharing with you.

A leaf 🌱 emerges so purely from the heart of the plant as we water, prune, and fertilize it to enhance its growth. Yet, we often overlook how silently this process unfolds, how a new leaf appears to increase the odds of beautifying the pot, balcony, garden, or even the world and teaches us wonderful journey.

Morrie encourages us to practice silence daily and consistently appreciates the beauty of nature. He often gazes out the window during his leisure time, observing the peaceful and silent process of nature's emergence, which teaches us patience, love, joy, gentleness, and goodness.

He reframes discussions about the characteristics of life by relating them to the qualities of nature, comparing the pace of human life to the pace of nature. Morrie emphasizes the importance of observing and learning from real-life experiences, suggesting that only then can we truly experience a tangible increase in qualities such as goodness, gentleness, and joy.

The leaf became the wellspring of my day, and it is out of question to remove its image from my mind. In fact I deeply regret that I was not able to acquire this silent language, this simplicity so well earlier.

I believe if our education from the beginning free us from the burden of having to learn the subjects, I am sure learning all the characteristics of life through nature would have proved as a perfect pleasure. I could never repair the neglect of my innocence at earlier stages.

I've observed how sunlight 🌞 can change the color of eyes, and I believe that if you give your mind the opportunity to consider new, positive thoughts, it can shift your perspective on the subject life. A subject which only requires a pure and simple use of senses could not be difficult to understand.

I always appreciate the work of Words to Wisdom Book and Lifestyle Club, this time also I pay gratitude on the reflection on Nature's Beauty with Words to Wisdom. It has true faith and to live by it is like building the house of my life on a solid foundation instead of shifting sand.🤗

I hope you enjoyed reading! 🌿
